Living Photo Frame

Living Photo Frame is licensed, not sold, to you. Your use of the app is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA), which applies in addition to these terms. If there is a conflict between the standard EULA and these terms, the standard EULA prevails.

In-app purchase

The app can be used for free. Some features are unlocked by purchasing Living Photo Frame Pro, which is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. It is not a subscription, and nothing renews or is charged automatically.

• The purchase is tied to the Apple Account used to buy it.
• You can restore it on your other devices with "Restore Purchases" in the app's settings.
• Prices are set per storefront and are shown in the app before you purchase.

Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's policies. The developer cannot issue refunds. To request one, use Apple's Report a Problem page.

Your content and responsibilities

The app displays photos from your own photo library on your device. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use and display the photos you show with the app, and for how you use the app in shared or public spaces.

You agree not to use the app in a way that breaks the law, or to attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the app except as permitted by the standard EULA or by applicable law.

Availability and changes

The app may be updated, changed, or discontinued at any time. Features that depend on Apple's operating system, on iCloud Photos, or on shared albums may behave differently as those services change, and their availability is outside the developer's control.

Disclaimer of warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The developer does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error free.

The app is not a backup service. Please keep your own backups of your photos.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of your use of or inability to use the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a new update date, and applies to your use of the app from that date onward.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict of law rules. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country in which you reside.
